Shipping Policy

Digital Downloads:

Digital Downloads will not be shipped. You will be able to download immediately after payment is processed. You can also access them from you “My Account” section on ladyjanecreates.com and via the order confirmation email that will be sent after your payment is processed. Refunds will not be made for user-errors. If you do not know how to use a file please do the proper research before completing your purchase.

Physical Products:

Please allow 3-5 business days to create your custom order. Transfers may take less time, please contact us with any questions. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Lady Jane Creates is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Lady Jane Creates is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with thee shipment carrier.
